Job Summary :
We are looking for a versatile individual to handle the administrative management and basic accounting of the company on a part-time basis. This person will contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations by supporting management in financial and administrative monitoring.

We are looking for a versatile individual to handle the administrative management and basic accounting of the company on a part-time basis. This person will contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations by supporting management in financial and administrative monitoring.
Main responsibilities :
- Perform bookkeeping and account monitoring (entries, invoices, payments, bank reconciliations).
- Prepare and monitor payroll (enter hours, transmit to payroll departments, monitor declarations).
- Managing administrative documents: contracts, correspondence, HR files.
- Ensure follow-up on deadlines (purchase orders, supplier invoices, customer payments, contributions, insurance, etc.).
- Participate in the improvement of administrative and accounting processes.
Desired profile :
- Prior experience in basic accounting and/or administrative management.
- Proficiency in office software (Google Workspace) and QuickBooks
- Rigour, organisation and a sense of priorities.
- Autonomy and discretion.
- Part-time availability (number of hours to be specified according to needs).
