Refund policy

We apply a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior return authorization will not be accepted. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund ($15).

Attention: To maintain a fair and sustainable returns policy, Fabli may, in exceptional cases, refuse a new order placed within 30 days of a return request if we believe it may involve an abuse of our terms. This measure is intended to protect our customers as well as the availability of our products.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you received a gift card as part of a promotion (for example, with the purchase of a Fabli) and the gift card was used before you requested a return, the value of the gift card will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once your return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

14-Day EU Right of Withdrawal
Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped to an address in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember that return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund and that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Non-Refundable Items
Purchases of Fabli digital content (stories, sounds, interactive games, gift cards etc.) are final and non-refundable (irreversible purchase).

No price adjustment can be granted for a purchase made before the start of a promotion.
