Purchasing content: how does it work?

  • 1. Shop at fabli.co

  • 2. Before paying, link your store account to your mobile app account.

    (only required the first time - you will be asked before paying)

  • 3. Once your purchase is complete, go to the app to sync your content library to your mobile device.

  • 4. Turn on your Fabli and activate connectivity mode.

  • 5. Click on “Manage content for (name of Fabli),” connect to the Fabli Wi-Fi, and add your new content by clicking on the yellow download icon.

  • 6. Once the downloads are complete, disable connectivity mode.

How can I update my Fabli?

When a new update is available, a notification will appear in the settings of your Fabli app.

  1. Download the update
  2. Activate Fabli’s connectivity mode to sync the update
  3. Turn off connectivity mode and disconnect from Fabli’s Wi-Fi

You will see four green lights appear on your Fabli — that’s totally normal! It means the final files are being installed.

Once this step is complete, your Fabli will restart automatically and you’ll be all set to explore what’s new!

How can I manage the content on my Fabli?

Fabli is designed for children, and a mobile app has been created for parents. It allows you to easily manage all content—you can purchase or access new content, adjust preferences and settings, and monitor how your child uses their Fabli.

The mobile app connects to the player via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), which is only activated through a small switch located underneath the Fabli, controlled by parents.

You can add or remove content from your child’s Fabli through the mobile app. If you remove content, it remains available in the app, so you can easily restore it to the Fabli later.

How can I synchronize my new content to my Fabli?

Once your purchase is complete, activate Fabli’s connectivity mode and click on the “Manage (Fabli name)” button.

When prompted, connect to Fabli’s Wi-Fi. Once connected, all your content will appear.

New content will be displayed at the top of the list. To add it to your Fabli, simply click the yellow download icon.

If you’d like to remove content from your Fabli, you can do so by clicking the red delete icon.

Once all your content has finished syncing, you can turn off connectivity mode. Your Fabli will restart automatically, and all your new content will be ready to enjoy!

⚠️ Important: If you have more than one Fabli to sync, make sure to do it one at a time. Only activate connectivity mode on one Fabli at a time.

How can I buy new content for my Fabli?

To purchase new content, visit our content store. Select the content you wish to purchase and add it to your cart. Once all your content is in your cart, proceed to checkout.

Before checking out, don’t forget to link your Fabli account!
This step connects your new content to the mobile app.

Here’s how:

  1. In your cart, click the link to connect your account.
  2. Log in using the same email and password you use in the Fabli app.

Once your account is linked, you’re ready to complete your purchase.
