We are looking for a Digital Platform & Content Manager who is passionate about creating engaging digital experiences and optimizing the distribution of content intended to be listened to on the Fabli (games, music, stories, interactive adventures synchronized via our mobile application).
In addition to your digital platform management skills, you will need to coordinate production teams, ensure the efficient online posting of digital content, manage its promotion, carry out operational tests, and ensure ongoing maintenance of the platform.
Your responsibilities will be varied:
- Coordinate internal production teams to retrieve the files and information needed to create digital content and associated product sheets.
- Manage the uploading and operational maintenance of digital content on our platforms, ensuring an optimal user experience.
- Create and optimize product pages including visuals, descriptions, SEO management and promotional campaigns.
- Carry out rigorous functional testing to ensure the quality of the content made available.
- Administer promotional campaigns and manage the implementation and monitoring of gift vouchers.
- Analyze content and platform performance to make recommendations and continuously improve the user experience.
- Produce regular reports on the performance and results of digital activities, in order to guide future actions.
- Carry out any related tasks related to the operational management of digital and e-commerce content.
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital platform management, ideally in a direct-to-consumer (D2C) environment.
- Proficiency in Shopify and Klaviyo platforms.
- Strong analytical mind, keen attention to detail and the ability to transform data into concrete actions.
- Excellent writing skills in French and English.
- Creativity, rigor and autonomy in project management.
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools.
It would be a plus if you have:
- An affinity with the parental, educational or cultural universe.
- Experience with integrations between Shopify and other platforms (e.g. Facebook Ads, Google Analytics).
- Knowledge of UX/UI optimization.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira.
- Experience in an agile working environment.
